SMALL BATCHES / A CLEARER COST PICTURE

Start with the quantity you need.
Plan the next price break.

Single-piece and low-MOQ CNC options remain available for suitable parts. Compare your first order with the repeat quantities you expect.

01

Setup belongs to the part.

Programming, fixtures, setup and material waste affect the price of a first run. A small batch spreads these costs across fewer parts.

02

Compare useful quantities.

Request quotations for the same drawing revision at your actual quantities. Unit cost, total cost, finish, inspection and delivery belong in the comparison.

03

Approve the complete scope.

Your drawing and process determine the price breaks. Quantity discounts and practical order quantities are confirmed per quotation.

WEKO / USEFUL ANSWERS

Before your
next step.

From quantities and turnaround to materials and inspection, start with the answers that help you move forward.

Talk to Our Team
Can I order one part or a small batch?+

Yes. WEKO offers low MOQ and single-piece options, alongside repeat production. Send your part, material and quantity so we can quote an appropriate route.

What should I send for a quotation?+

A drawing or sample description, material, quantity and requested timing. Mark your critical dimensions, finish and inspection needs. If the design is sensitive, discuss an NDA first.

How fast can you deliver?+

Expedited options start from 3 business days. The confirmed schedule depends on your part, process, material, quantity and finish, and is stated in the quotation.

Can I inspect before final payment?+

Yes. Inspection before final payment is available. Agree the acceptance criteria, inspection arrangements and payment terms in your quotation.

What does the ±0.0001 mm capability refer to?+

This is a centerless grinding capability for suitable features. It is not a blanket tolerance for CNC turning or milling. Share the dimensions and measurement requirements for your process review.

Which materials can you machine?+

Discuss aluminium, stainless steel, steel, brass and copper. Specify the alloy, material condition and required finish so the process can be reviewed for your application.

Can we sign an NDA before sharing drawings?+

Yes. Ask us about an NDA before uploading or emailing sensitive files. You can begin with a nonconfidential description of your project.

Do you manufacture complete motors or machines?+

This page covers custom component manufacturing. Housings, shafts, covers, brackets and similar parts are defined by your drawing. Discuss any additional assembly scope separately.
