Define function before tolerance
Mark bearing seats, sealing faces, thread interfaces, assembly datums and cosmetic surfaces. Apply tight tolerances only where the assembly requires them and provide annual volume, target material and finish.
Share a complete RFQ package
Include 2D drawings, 3D files, material grade, surface treatment, inspection expectations and sample quantity. This reduces clarification rounds and helps the factory plan fixtures, gauges and process sequence.
