2. About Our Services
Weko is a precision manufacturer specializing in CNC-machined metal structural components, including but not limited to:
- Robot motor components, drone motor components and automotive motor components
- Motor housings, end covers, shafts, brackets, sleeves, fasteners and related metal structural parts
- Drawing-based CNC turning, milling and turning-milling compound machining
- Surface treatment, deburring, dimensional inspection and batch production support
- We do not export finished drone motors or other controlled power modules. We only supply metal structural components made by aluminum or stainless-steel machining; our scope excludes bearings, magnetic cores, PCBs, outsourced purchased parts, complete machine assembly, and complete product design or R&D.
3. Account Registration

4. Product Information & Pricing

- All prices displayed are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping, customs duties, or taxes unless explicitly stated.
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ) apply to all products. Specific MOQ requirements are listed on individual product pages or available upon request.
- Custom pricing is determined on a per-project basis depending on design complexity, materials, quantity, and surface treatment requirements.
5. Orders & Sampling
5.1 Sample Orders
We offer free samples for evaluation purposes. Sample requests are subject to availability and our approval. Shipping costs for samples may be borne by the customer unless otherwise agreed.
5.2 Production Orders
- All production orders require written confirmation (via email or our platform) including agreed specifications, quantities, pricing, and delivery timeline.
- A deposit (typically 30-50% of the total order value) is required before production begins.
- The remaining balance is due before shipment unless alternative payment terms are agreed in writing.
- Production timelines are estimates and may vary depending on order complexity, volume, and material availability.
5.3 Custom & OEM/ODM Orders
For custom mold and design projects:
- Customer-funded tooling or fixtures remain subject to the terms agreed in the quotation or purchase order.
- Design files and technical drawings shared with Weko are treated as confidential.
- Tooling, fixture or sample development fees are non-refundable once production has commenced.
6. Shipping & Delivery
- We ship worldwide via reputable logistics partners (DHL, FedEx, UPS, sea freight, etc.).
- Delivery times depend on the shipping method, destination, and customs processing. Typical lead times range from 5-30 business days after production completion.
- Risk of loss transfers to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier (FOB/EXW terms unless otherwise agreed).
- Weko is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or import taxes in the destination country.
7. Quality Assurance & Returns
- All products undergo quality control inspections before shipment according to agreed drawings, tolerances and specifications.
- If products are defective or do not match the agreed specifications, customers must notify us in writing within 7 business days of receipt with photographic evidence.
- Verified defects will be resolved through replacement, repair, or credit at our discretion.
- Returns due to customer error (e.g., incorrect specifications provided) or change of mind are not accepted for custom/OEM products.
8. Intellectual Property
- All content on our Website including text, images, logos, product designs, and software is the property of Weko or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
- Customer-provided logos, designs, and trademarks remain the property of the customer. By submitting designs to us, you confirm that you have the right to use them.
- Weko is not liable for intellectual property infringement arising from customer-provided designs.
9. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information exchanged during the course of business, including but not limited to product designs, pricing, technical specifications, and business strategies. This obligation survives termination of the business relationship.
10. Limitation of Liability
- Our Website and services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- Weko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our Website or services.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
- We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, supply chain disruptions, etc.).
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in Dongguan, Guangdong Province, China.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of our Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
