Choose a joint housing, mounting bracket, shaft or reducer geometry. Inspect each in the same viewer, then use your drawing to define the machined component and its interfaces. Reducer geometry is illustrative; this offer does not include a complete reducer assembly.
Existing WEKO 3D assets, used as geometry illustrations. These are not identified customer parts, production samples or evidence of e-bike compatibility. The interactive model loads only when you choose to view it.

BEFORE THE FIRST CUT
A description of the function helps us ask better manufacturing questions. Your design and assembly validation remain the basis for acceptance.
Start with your requirementsNo drawing yet? Tell us the component and approximate quantity on WhatsApp.
Show mounting datums, locating bores and mating faces; include relevant fit notes.
Identify deep pockets, thin walls and areas where tool reach or clamping could affect machining.
Specify the required alloy and finish. Any design changes need your approval.
Tell us whether the run supports an engineering build, pilot assembly or recurring production.
MACHINING CAPABILITIES
WEKO’s published equipment includes CNC lathes, multi-axis machining centers and centerless grinding. We select the manufacturing route after reviewing the material, geometry and inspection needs.

Aluminum alloys and stainless steel are the core materials for these offers. Specify the grade, condition and drawing revision when requesting a quote.
Explore the equipment| Process | Equipment | Listed envelope | What it supports |
|---|---|---|---|
| Swiss-type turning | Star / Tsugami · SB-20R / BO205 / 32 | Ø32 × 400 mm | Slender shafts, sleeves and turned features |
| CNC turning | He Long · HL-36 / 46 | Ø120 × 100 mm | Stepped diameters, shoulders and threads |
| Machining centers | Qiaofeng / Brother / FANUC | 500 × 400 × 300 mm travel | Housing faces, pockets, holes and complex profiles |
| Centerless grinding | Da Guang / Rong Guang · 24B6SL | Ø30 × 80 mm | Outside-diameter finishing on suitable parts |
Working ranges are equipment references, not guaranteed finished-part sizes. Fixturing, tool access, material and part geometry determine feasibility; tolerances and delivery are agreed in the quotation.
Anodizing, stainless-steel passivation, sandblasting and deburring. Define appearance, masked fits and the acceptance criteria before release.
CMM, contour, roundness, air-gauge and roughness inspection options. Ask for the measurement method and report your drawing requires.
Discuss composition analysis, hardness checks and material records. Confirm the inspection and traceability deliverables with your order.
THE COMPONENT / THE REQUIREMENT
Robotics and automation parts often connect several critical interfaces in a compact envelope. Start with the features that locate the actuator, support the shaft and position the assembly.
Machined metal structures around mounting faces, bores, access features and the envelope defined by your design.
Review your requirementStructural mounting hardware with drawing-defined datum faces, hole patterns and alignment features.
Review your requirementTurned sleeves, shafts and circular interfaces reviewed for fit, surface finish and measurable geometry.
Review your requirementSupplied scope. Custom machined metal structural parts. This offer excludes complete robots, actuators, electronics and system-level performance validation.

A CLEAR PATH FROM RFQ TO PART
Start with the drawing or part description, material, quantity and target date.
Resolve process, finish, critical dimensions, inspection scope and quotation questions.
Confirm the written quote, released revision and sample or production plan.
Produce the agreed scope and check the part against the defined acceptance requirements.
YOUR DESIGN / YOUR DECISION
Start with a nonconfidential description. Ask WEKO to agree the NDA, file access and handling requirements before sending a controlled design.
BEFORE YOU SEND THE DRAWING
Specific requirements belong in your RFQ so the quote can match the part you need.
WEKO supplies the machined metal component scope described here. Complete robots, actuators, motors and system assembly are outside this offer.
Yes. Discuss your sample or small-batch requirement and the interfaces you need to evaluate. Quantity and schedule are reviewed per part.
No. It is an application illustration. It does not establish a named customer, installed robot or tested end-use performance.
Price, minimum quantity, schedule, finishing and inspection deliverables are confirmed for the individual part in the quotation. Share your requested date and quantity for review.
