YOUR NEXT STEP

Make the drawing a conversation.

Small batch of __; quantity __; material __; sample or production use __.

Discuss on WhatsApp

THE COMPONENT / THE REQUIREMENT

A small run can answer a big manufacturing question.

Use the first batch to examine the part, resolve manufacturing questions and prepare for the next order. Minimum quantity, setup cost and schedule depend on the component.

01

Initial samples

Review machined geometry and the interfaces your team needs to evaluate before a wider release.

Review your requirement
02

Short production runs

Discuss a limited quantity of turned or milled parts without assuming a high-volume commitment.

Review your requirement
03

Repeat batches

Keep the released drawing, agreed finish and inspection requirements connected to the next purchase.

Review your requirement

Supplied scope. Drawing-based metal components. Low MOQ is available by project; minimum order, price and lead time are confirmed after review.

MACHINING CAPABILITIES

Choose the process for this batch. Keep the next one in view.

WEKO’s published equipment includes CNC lathes, multi-axis machining centers and centerless grinding. We select the manufacturing route after reviewing the material, geometry and inspection needs.

Working ranges are equipment references, not guaranteed finished-part sizes. Fixturing, tool access, material and part geometry determine feasibility; tolerances and delivery are agreed in the quotation.

01 / SURFACE

Finish for the requirement.

Anodizing, stainless-steel passivation, sandblasting and deburring. Define appearance, masked fits and the acceptance criteria before release.

02 / MEASUREMENT

Check the functional features.

CMM, contour, roundness, air-gauge and roughness inspection options. Ask for the measurement method and report your drawing requires.

03 / MATERIAL

Build an evidence package.

Discuss composition analysis, hardness checks and material records. Confirm the inspection and traceability deliverables with your order.

SUPPLIER QUALIFICATION

See the documents.
Know the manufacturing source.

Review the certificate copies published by WEKO for the XuXiang manufacturing entity. Request the current records and confirm the entity, site and scope that will apply to your order.

MAKE SUPPLIER REVIEW EASIER

Ask for the documents your team needs.

Current certificates, the proposed manufacturing site, material records, sample inspection results and agreed reporting requirements can be discussed before order release.

Request supplier documents

WEKO is the international sales and export division described on its company page. These are manufacturing-entity certificate copies, not a separate certification of the WEKO sales entity or every offered component. Current registry status and order applicability require confirmation.

A CLEAR PATH FROM RFQ TO PART

Know what happens next.

01

Share the requirement

Start with the drawing or part description, material, quantity and target date.

02

Review the manufacturing plan

Resolve process, finish, critical dimensions, inspection scope and quotation questions.

03

Approve the next step

Confirm the written quote, released revision and sample or production plan.

04

Machine, inspect & ship

Produce the agreed scope and check the part against the defined acceptance requirements.

BEFORE THE FIRST CUT

Make the first batch useful.

Tell us what this run needs to establish. A fit check, an engineering build and a pilot order can require different material, inspection and documentation choices.

Start with your requirements

No drawing yet? Tell us the component and approximate quantity on WhatsApp.

01

Purpose of the batch

Let us know whether you need a fit sample, engineering build or short production run.

02

First order & follow-on

Quote the quantity you need now. Add repeat demand if you have it; an annual commitment is not required to start a discussion.

03

Features that must match

Identify the production-relevant fits, material and finish, including any areas still under development.

04

Commercial plan

Review setup charges, unit pricing, inspection scope and delivery timing in the written quote.

BEFORE YOU SEND THE DRAWING

Practical answers.
A clear next step.

Specific requirements belong in your RFQ so the quote can match the part you need.

Is there a fixed minimum order?+

No universal minimum is promised. Send your quantity and drawing so WEKO can check the practical minimum for the material, geometry and process.

Can you quote a sample and a repeat batch?+

Yes. Share the quantities separately so the quote can distinguish the initial setup from subsequent production requirements.

Can I change the drawing after sampling?+

Discuss changes before releasing the next order. A new revision can affect fixtures, material, inspection, cost and schedule.

How are price and lead time confirmed?+

Price, minimum quantity, schedule, finishing and inspection deliverables are confirmed for the individual part in the quotation. Share your requested date and quantity for review.

How do I contact the WEKO team?+

Use the short request form, email infous@wekosupply.com or start a WhatsApp conversation at +86 134 3406 9804. For confidential work, arrange an NDA before sending files.
