BEFORE THE FIRST CUT

Clear answers.
A focused next step.

Does WEKO offer laser-cut metal parts?+

Yes. WEKO coordinates laser-cut sheet-metal and engineering parts through partner suppliers. The quotation confirms the supplier route, material, cutting scope, any secondary operations and acceptance requirements.

Can I quote a small batch?+

Yes. Send the first quantity and any repeat demand. Programming, setup and material utilization affect unit cost; the quotation confirms practical quantities for your part.

Which grades and thicknesses can I request?+

Provide the exact sheet grade, thickness, overall dimensions and required features. 5052 aluminum, stainless steel 201 or 304, SPCC cold-rolled sheet and SGCC galvanized sheet can be specified for supplier and drawing review. Any 316L request needs explicit grade and material-document confirmation.

Can cutting include bends, threads or finishing?+

Identify each operation separately. A cut blank, bent component, threaded part and coated part have different scopes. WEKO reviews forming, machining and finishing with the selected supplier route before quotation.

What files and details should I send?+

Send a dimensioned PDF, DXF or other profile file, the drawing revision, material grade, thickness, first quantity and repeat demand. Specify flat or bent geometry, holes, edge and burr requirements, finish, inspection, delivery country and target date.

Can I arrange an NDA first?+

Yes. Request an NDA before sharing confidential files. Begin with a general part description and quantity if the geometry must remain protected.
