ILLUSTRATIVE APPLICATION COMPONENTSWEKO produces CNC-machined automotive motor structural components under its published quality system, including aluminum housings and stainless-steel interfaces. Certification applicability must be verified against the legal entity, scope and current certificate supplied for the project.
Each project is reviewed against its own geometry and risk. These are common engineering priorities—not universal tolerance claims.
Released files, change status and special characteristics are aligned before production.
Fixtures, machining sequence and in-process checks are planned for the required batch.
Material and inspection documentation are defined at RFQ rather than assumed.

For automotive motor components components, the manufacturability review connects the 3D model to the drawing: datum structure, critical fits, wall sections, tool access, material condition, finishing and the measurement method.
WEKO supplies machined metal components only. Electronics, bearings, complete assemblies and product design remain with the customer or approved system supplier.

Test manufacturability and functional interfaces using production-relevant material.
Review fit, assembly, finish and inspection evidence; capture approved changes.
Confirm fixtures, machining sequence, process checks and packaging on a controlled batch.
Run the released revision with agreed controls, documentation and change discipline.
Weko focuses on CNC-machined metal structural components and coordinates applicable finishing and inspection requirements during quotation.

Final alloy, condition, certification and finish remain controlled by the released drawing and agreed quotation.

A practical machinable alloy for motor housings, end covers, brackets and equipment structures where low mass, corrosion resistance and stable production matter.

A higher-strength aluminum option for weight-sensitive robot, drone, reducer and motion-system interfaces when the released design requires more mechanical performance than a general-purpose alloy.
Open material guide
A widely used stainless grade for shafts, sleeves, end caps, clean structural interfaces and equipment hardware where general corrosion resistance and a durable metallic finish are useful.
Open material guide
A stainless grade often considered for demanding corrosion, cleaning or outdoor exposure around motion equipment, subject to the actual medium, temperature, geometry and released specification.

WEKO is the international sales and export division of the manufacturing source. Controlled drawings, material requirements, inspection evidence, packing and shipment stay connected from RFQ through repeat production.
Evidence should be current, scoped and connected to the exact manufacturing source—not treated as a decorative badge.
WEKO connects overseas buyers directly with the parent manufacturing operation and its engineering workflow.
Review company profile ↗Use the published live-workshop route to review CNC machining and inspection visibility.
Open live workshop ↗Verify the legal entity, address, scope, validity and issuing body on current certificates.
Review verification evidence ↗Request the current assessment and confirm which site, date and manufacturing scope it covers.
Request assessment pack ↗Material certificates and inspection records are supplied according to the agreed project scope.
Define evidence scope ↗Agree NDA, file access, revision ownership and retention expectations before sharing controlled data.
Contact engineering ↗Inspection scope is built from the drawing and application risk. Generic tolerance claims are not a substitute for reviewing the real geometry, datum scheme, material and measurement method.

WEKO is the wholly-owned international sales subsidiary and global export division of easter-sun. The parent manufacturing operation reports more than 20 years of experience.

WEKO publishes an IATF 16949 certificate in its company information. Buyers should verify the certificate’s current validity, named legal entity, manufacturing address and scope against the documents supplied for their project.
Repeat-production requirements can be reviewed. Feasibility depends on part geometry, material, annual volume, quality plan, capacity and commercial requirements.
Required documentation must be listed in the RFQ. WEKO will confirm which elements can be supported for the specific project before order placement.
The customer should identify them on the controlled drawing or specification. Process and inspection planning are then reviewed and agreed before production.
