LIQUID-COOLING COMPONENTS / QUESTIONS

Scope understood.
Next step clear.

What liquid-cooling components can WEKO machine?+

We review custom manifold blocks, cold-plate bases and covers, connector bodies and related mounting hardware made to your drawing. Identify ports, passages, threads, sealing faces and critical dimensions so the manufacturing scope can be confirmed.

Do you supply a complete cooling system?+

This service focuses on custom machined metal components. Define any joining, assembly, purchased fittings or testing you need as separate quotation items. System thermal design, electronics, pumps and overall cooling performance remain with the responsible system team unless a specific additional scope is agreed.

Can you make a prototype or a small batch?+

Yes. Share the material, geometry, quantity and functional requirements. We review the CNC route for your prototype or small batch and consider the next production order. Material availability, setup, finishing and inspection determine the quoted cost and schedule.

How should I specify ports and threads?+

State the full thread or port standard, size, depth, position and sealing method. Include the mating component specification and any gauge requirements. Similar nominal thread sizes do not establish interchangeability.

Which material should I use with my coolant?+

Provide the exact alloy, coolant formulation, temperature range and other wetted materials in the loop. The system owner should validate compatibility and corrosion requirements. WEKO reviews the manufacturing and finishing scope against the released material specification.

Do you join or seal cold-plate bases and covers?+

Tell us the intended joining or sealing method, mating geometry and final acceptance requirements. Base-and-cover machining does not automatically include a sealed assembly. Joining, hardware, seals and assembly checks must be explicitly agreed in the quotation.

Are leak and pressure tests included?+

Include the test medium, pressure, duration, temperature, allowable leakage, sampling and required record in the RFQ. Test feasibility and responsibility are reviewed for the actual component and assembly state. A test requirement is only included when confirmed in the quotation.

Can you guarantee heat removal or pressure drop?+

A machined part drawing alone does not establish system thermal or hydraulic performance. Share any required thermal, flow or pressure-drop validation so its method, conditions and responsibility can be defined. CNC manufacture is quoted against agreed component requirements.

What do you need to prepare a quotation?+

Send the model, dimensioned drawing and revision, material, quantity, port schedule, sealing and surface requirements, assembly scope and inspection needs. Include the target delivery date and any cleanliness or packaging specification. An NDA is available before sharing sensitive files.
