ENGINEERING FAQ

Answers before you send the drawing.

Does WEKO manufacture complete data-center cooling systems?+

No. WEKO supplies drawing-based machined metal components such as manifolds, housings and brackets. System design, electronics, seals, purchased hardware and complete assembly are outside scope unless explicitly agreed.

Can WEKO machine liquid-cooling manifolds?+

Potentially, subject to drawing review. Port geometry, sealing surfaces, cleanliness, pressure-test responsibility and inspection requirements must be defined before capability is confirmed.

How should leak testing be specified?+

The customer should state medium, pressure, hold time, acceptance criteria, cleanliness and reporting requirements. WEKO will confirm available testing or required third-party support during RFQ.

Can the same supplier support AI robotics and data-center parts?+

WEKO can review structural components across both areas when they fit its CNC machining scope. Each part receives its own material, process, inspection and capacity assessment.
